Annual Snake River Stampede- The Wildest, fastest Show on
Earth!
The Snake River
Stampede Rodeo Parade will officially kick off rodeo week
festivities Saturday, July 14th at 11:00 am. Anyone
with a horse and a bit of nostalgia is encouraged to participate. Individuals
need no application.
If you are interestedin joining as an organization
this page will get you started with entry form, guidlines,
and a map of the route which includes parking and unloading
areas. Parade participants will receive a free pass
to the rodeo, which runs from July 17-21. |

For safety reasons, we do not
allow drills or anything that might stop or slow the parede. It
is very important that we keep the parade together without gaps
since gaps encourage automobile drivers to try to dart through
the parade line.
There are
no motorized vehicles allowed
in the parade.
The parade route begins on Sixth Avenue
South, moves to Second Street South, and passes by the Civic
Center and City Hall on it's way to 14th Avenue South where it
turns for a block, turns again on third Street South and returns
to it's starting point. The majority of spectators line
up on Second Street South from the Civic Center lawn to downtown. If

To participate in this years parade,
please read the Snake River Stampede
Parade Rules and Guidlines and then fill out the printable entry
form. Also, if you
are entering with a wagon, buggy, or cart, you will need to fill
out a wagon, buggies, and carts form and return it with your
entry.
Rodeo queens who are interested in
riding in the parede are encouraged to do so and should submit
the following form in order for their own rodeo to receive recognition:
